Air-conditioning Apprentice

Job duties

  • Assist with air-conditioning installation, cleaning, routine servicing and basic repairs under the direction of a technician or site lead.
  • Prepare and organise tools and materials, protect the work area, and clear the site when work finishes.
  • Record progress as instructed and report anything unusual promptly.

Requirements

  • Interested in air-conditioning work and willing to learn tool use, basic testing and site procedures.
  • Punctual, responsible and safety-conscious, with the ability to work at different sites as scheduled.
  • Applicants must hold a Hong Kong Identity Card and be Hong Kong permanent residents.

Intermediate Air-conditioning Technician

For people with relevant experience who can complete assigned site tasks under direction.

Job duties

  • Take part in air-conditioning installation, cleaning, servicing, parts replacement and repair.
  • Use common tools and test instruments to assist with routine fault checks and report findings to the lead technician.
  • Support site protection, materials handling, testing and job records.

Requirements

  • Relevant practical air-conditioning experience and familiarity with common tools and basic procedures.
  • Able to complete assigned work from site instructions, with attention to safety, workmanship and teamwork.

  • Guide apprentices and intermediate technicians on safe working methods where needed.
