Credentials and Assurance
Before a tender, quotation or site-access process, you can review Evolt Cool Engineering’s registrations, project assurance and technician credentials. We are a Registered Electrical Contractor, hold employee compensation insurance for employees and subcontractors, and assign suitably qualified technicians for the work involved.

Company registration
Registered Electrical Contractor
We are a Registered Electrical Contractor. Where fixed electrical installation work is involved, the contractor registration, responsible worker grade and boundary of work can be checked before the scope is agreed.
People covered
Employee compensation insurance
We have arranged employee compensation insurance for all employees and subcontractors. Before work starts, the insured arrangements, applicable scope and policy period can be checked against the people and work involved.
Project assurance
Third-party liability cover up to HK$20 million
Evolt Cool Engineering holds annual third-party liability insurance covering all projects undertaken during the policy period, with cover of up to HK$20 million. If a project requires a higher limit, we can arrange additional project-specific cover. The actual limit, scope, terms and exclusions are subject to the applicable policy and insurer approval.
Credentials held by our technicians
Evolt Cool Engineering assigns suitably qualified technicians for the work involved. If a site has specific access or credential requirements, contact us before work starts.
Green Cards and Construction Workers Registration Cards
All technicians hold valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificates, commonly known as Green Cards, and Construction Workers Registration Cards. The registered trade and category can be checked where the project requires it.
Grade A Registered Electrical Workers
Some technicians are registered as Grade A electrical workers. Where electrical work is involved, the worker grade is matched to the fixed installation and the agreed scope.
Grade R Registered Electrical Workers
Some technicians hold Grade R registrations covering air-conditioning installations, often referred to in the trade as an AC licence. The permitted work shown on the registration controls the actual scope.
Registered Minor Works Contractor (Individual)
The team includes a Registered Minor Works Contractor (Individual). If minor works are involved, the specific Class III items on the registration are checked before responsibility is assigned.
Relevant suspended working platform training certificates
The team includes holders of training certificates relevant to work on suspended working platforms. Where this access method is required, personnel, roles, equipment and site requirements are checked separately.
Local Hong Kong project team
All current Evolt Cool Engineering technicians are local Hong Kong workers, with no imported labour engaged. Where a project has specific workforce information requirements, the personnel list and documents can be checked before access.
