Evolt Care Commercial Air-Conditioning Maintenance Plans
Evolt Care is a maintenance service designed around the equipment type, quantity, contract term, operating pattern and site requirements. Each proposal states the planned visit schedule, emergency call allowance, included quantities for applicable work such as filter cleaning, condensate drain service, air-conditioning cleaning, lubrication and bearing replacement, plus any optional specified component cleaning.

Every Evolt Care plan starts
with your equipment and requirements
The site is not forced into a preset package. Evolt Cool Engineering reviews the equipment type and quantity, operating hours, access constraints, known issues and your requirements, then sets these out in a written maintenance proposal.
Contract term
State the selected term, start date, renewal arrangement and the services that apply in each contract year.
Planned visits
Set the visit quantity and available work period around the equipment, operating hours and site conditions instead of applying one interval everywhere.
Emergency call allowance
State the included quantity, covered sites and hours, counting rule and how calls beyond the allowance are handled.
Selected service allowances
List applicable quantities for filter cleaning, drain service, air-conditioning cleaning, lubrication or bearing replacement.
Specified component cleaning scope
Set a defined number of specified-component cleaning visits by equipment type, with cleanable components, protection, isolation and access requirements.
Additional-work approval
Confirm the scope, price and timing of parts, work beyond the allowance, repairs or new equipment before written approval.
Put the work that is relevant to the equipment into the plan
The following items can be included where they apply to the equipment and your requirements. The proposal states the quantity, covered assets, parts or materials, labour and access conditions rather than relying on a broad “all-inclusive” label.
Filter cleaning
Remove, clean and refit filters within the safely accessible scope for the equipment. Replacement filters are identified separately where needed.
Condensate drain clearing
Address a blocked or slow condensate drain where applicable. Damaged pipework, incorrect falls or connection problems are reported separately.
Air-conditioning cleaning
Clean the confirmed accessible components for the equipment and site need. Where specified component cleaning is selected, the components, protection, isolation and wash-water handling are stated separately.
Lubrication of serviceable parts
Apply grease to components designed and intended to be lubricated. Sealed bearings and parts where lubrication is not applicable are not forced into the scope.
Bearing replacement
Include an agreed quantity for eligible equipment, with the bearing specification, dismantling, labour and related component condition stated in the scope.
Planned checks and basic servicing
Record basic operation, accessible observations, unusual noise or vibration and the applicable maintenance work completed during the visit.
Applicability is checked asset by asset: equipment does not share the same filters, drain arrangement, serviceable bearings or dismantling method. The written proposal separates the applicable work and items that need a separate quotation.

Equipment type affects more than price. It changes the accessible components, isolation method, drain arrangement, working height, tools and available work period.
Splits, cassettes and ceiling units
Define the filters, drain pan, drain line, fan, motor and accessible components for the actual unit form, together with any high-level work or ceiling access.
VRV and VRF
In addition to the indoor-unit form, organise the system zones, controllers, equipment location, shutdown sequence and phased-work requirements.
FCU, AHU and PAU
Confirm the filters, fan, bearings, drain, coil and plant-room access separately. Water-side, controls and other specialist interfaces remain defined scopes.
Outdoor and condensing units
Plan around the location, heat-rejection environment, fan, unusual noise, access and safe working conditions. Parts and refrigerant work are assessed and quoted separately where required.
Define where one call begins and what it covers
Evolt Care can allocate a number of emergency calls according to the equipment quantity, site operation and your requirements. Call-out, attendance, inspection, repair labour, parts and completed rectification are different stages and are set out separately.

Where the equipment and site need a more extensive clean, a stated quantity can be added by equipment type. The cleanable components, isolation, protection, access, wash-water arrangements and handover still need to be confirmed.
Maintain the agreed inspection and minor-service rhythm
Complete applicable filter, drain, operating-observation and other stated items, then record findings and open matters.
Set a cleaning scope for identified equipment
State the equipment type, quantity, components, protection and water handling. Specified component cleaning is scoped separately from planned maintenance.

Is Evolt Care one fixed package?
No. The plan is configured around the equipment, quantities, term, operating hours, site constraints and your requirements. The written proposal states the quantity and scope of each service item.
How is an emergency call counted?
The proposal states the counting point, included quantity, covered hours and sites, and whether attendance, inspection, labour, parts or repair are included. A response or completion time is not guaranteed unless it is written into the agreed plan.
Do drain clearing, lubrication and bearing replacement apply to every unit?
No. Applicability depends on the equipment design, accessible components, part specification, safe access and dismantling requirements. Only confirmed items are included.
Is specified component cleaning included with routine maintenance?
Specified component cleaning can be selected within Evolt Care, but the equipment type, quantity, cleanable components and site arrangements are stated separately. Other cleaning needs can be reviewed under commercial AC cleaning.
What happens if a fault or another failed part is found?
The completed work, site observations and matters that still need a decision are kept separate. Diagnosis, repair or parts that require separate work are scoped and priced before approval. If the equipment has already failed, see commercial AC repair.
Can equipment or service items be added during the term?
A change can be requested. The programme and price effect of new equipment, locations, allowances or available work period is confirmed before the plan is updated in writing.
Can one plan cover several locations?
