Temperature, humidity, air movement, carbon dioxide, equipment condition and signs of moisture can be useful when they match the complaint. Formal indoor air quality certification follows a separate accredited assessment, measurement and certification process.

Cleaning can be appropriate for a confirmed equipment-cleaning scope. Where the findings point to air supply, outdoor air, drainage, moisture, a pollutant source or controls, we will explain the related inspection or service.

Can the office remain open while work takes place?

Whether the office can remain open is determined by equipment location, risk, noise, dust, shutdown needs and building rules. Some checks can take place during office hours; other work requires a phased or separately agreed period.

Can we enquire without an asset list?

Yes. Start with the address, floor, affected zone, timing and safe photos of visible equipment or controllers. The next information requirement can then be identified.

When is urgent or after-hours support relevant?

If there is immediate danger, smoke, a burning smell, an apparent electrical hazard or heavy water leakage, keep people clear and follow site emergency procedures first. You can then learn about urgent repair and after-hours works for the engineering enquiry.
