Check the connected systems before a like-for-like swap

Does older equipment always need replacing?

No. Consider its actual condition, fault record, parts availability, capacity and controls, future risk and operational impact together. Age is one input, not the decision on its own.

Can you quote from model details and photos alone?

They are useful for an initial review, but access, service interfaces, work hours and building requirements can still change the final scope. We will identify any further information or site review needed.

Can the work be phased to avoid one long shutdown?

A zone-by-zone or phased option can be assessed. The practical sequence depends on system connections, controls, power, access and operating requirements, so the actual available work period must be agreed in the quotation and method.

What information is needed if temporary cooling is required?

Temporary cooling is scoped separately against the served areas, capacity, power, location, delivery, dates and cost.

Can an energy-saving figure be guaranteed after replacement?

Not without a suitable baseline, measurement boundary and comparable conditions. If verified improvement is required, agree the measurement and acceptance method before work starts.

What records are provided at handover?

The list depends on the agreed scope and can include equipment information, test results, deviations and retests, completed works, open items, operating information and applicable maintenance documents. The specific deliverables should be stated in the quotation.
